Welcome to the FluidoseTM Series 6 operator training site. This site is intended for MPI customers who have purchased the Fluidose Series 6 Liquid Packaging System. The Fluidose Packaging System allows pharmacists and their staff to portion out liquid medicines into pre-packaged doses for convenient distribution and administration in a medical facility such as a hospital or clinic.
The Fluidose System makes it simple to package various sized doses into neat disposable containers for medical staff to distribute and patients to take. Here are the key steps to get the Fluidose Series 6 unit ready for operation.
The Fluidose System comes with a scale, which is connected to the Fluidose 6 unit to monitor the weight of doses for critical calibration. Please follow these steps in setting up the scale and doing the required testing to confirm the unit dosing is correct.
There are a number of important steps to ensuring a successful dosing batch run. Please follow the steps detailed in this segment, in the order in which they are presented.
